Pre-Production Inspection

Pre-production inspection focuses on factory's production equipment as well as the raw materials and components used in the production process. Prior to the full start of production, we arrive at factory to inspect raw materials and components according to the project designation. At this stage, our laboratory will get involved to make an accurate analysis of ingredients and materials. In addition, production lines will also be inspected to meet requirements of the qualities and capacities.

Prior to formal production, your suppliers still have time to make adjustments. Therefore, we will focus on early preventions to avoid problems occurring during actual production.

During Production Inspection

This inspection includes finished and semi-finished products, also covers production line and the entire process flow. Generally during production inspection can start after processing 20% of finished products. Based on your requirements and reference samples, we will inspect the products qualities and order status.

Capturing problems in the early stage, this methodology helps ensure product quality throughout the whole production stages. If unacceptable phenomenon occurs, we will provide you with professional opinion to improve product quality.

PM Production Monitoring

We guarantee that each process in your factory is reliable. Production monitoring means field inspection in the daily production process. Inspectors will conduct a thorough examination on factory according to your requirements, random sampling as well as identifying and eliminating defective products. Daily reports on quality and completion progress will be sent to you so that the whole procedure is under your control. Production monitoring ensures your product consistency which is in line with your requirement.

Inspection is based on the internationally recognized standard statistical sampling procedure of ANSI/ASQC Z1.4 (ISO 2859-1), including comprehensive standards of function, performance, durability, overall appearance and dimension. HoshiTec India can issue inspection report meeting Letter of Credits requirement if needed.

Pre-Shipment Inspection

We will implement this inspection at your designated location before shipment.

After finishing 80% of product and packaging, we will check the quantity and inspect product quality, labels, packaging, appearance and functions. We can set checkpoints according to customer requests.

PreShipment inspection is our most requested service which safeguards your shipment.

Loading Supervision

This inspection will guarantee the security of your ordered products upon loading.

We will come to the scene to check the quantity and product types before shipment. Then we will supervise the whole shipment loading process to ensure security of goods.

Full Inspection

This inspection includes finished and semi-finished products, also covers production line and the entire process flow. If the sampling fails your quality standards or the defect rate is too high to accept, you can choose our full inspection service to ensure all the defective products being screened out and only the acceptable ones being shipped.

Such services can protect you against inferior quality threats from suppliers at purchasing peak periods (Christmas, Easter etc.), realizing the safe shipment.

Factory Inspection

To make sure your selected manufacturer use the proper equipment and possess sufficient capacity to meet your requirement, we highly recommend that factory audit can be performed according to the quality management system such as ISO 9000.

Our qualified auditors will arrive at factory and evaluate manufacturer's production equipment, warehouses, offices, production lines, quality managements and human resources.

You will know for certain that you will not cooperate with unreliable manufacturers after the on-site inspection of suppliers.

Social Responsibilities Audit

If you are uncertain about whether your manufacturers meet your standards on social responsibility, this service is your best option.

Our social responsibility audit follows the internationally recognized SA8000 standard. We will check the working location safety, child labor, forced labor, racial discrimination and overtime works. In addition, we will also review manufacturer's accountability for environment, ensuring your company's reputation will not be tarnished by supplier.
